Exclusive Event For KC Customers To Test Drive AGCO's Latest Models
- Against a beautiful blue sky in Swan Bay, just north-west of Woodburn in the NSW's Northern Rivers region, KC Equipment and AGCO recently held a Drive Day for local farmers and contractors.
Over thirty people attended the event, in order to get first-hand with the brand new Massey Ferguson 'S' Series of tractors. Three models from the exclusively French-built range were available, which ranges from 100hp to 370hp. Attendees were encouraged to get in, under, over and around the tractors, and test drives were held in order to demonstrate the new features of the 'S' Series - including their new Fieldstar 5 touchscreen terminals, available across the range, that herald better precision farming controls, techniques and options.
'S' Series models on show were the 130hp Massey Ferguson MF 5713 S, 130hp MF 6713 S, and 175hp MF 7718 S. AGCO also brought along a regular Massey Ferguson MF 7614, along with the 145hp Fendt 716 Vario - a luxury, feature-packed tractor which proved very popular on the day. KC Equipment Sales Representatives Paul Pattison and Neil Harvey fielded questions from the crowd, alongside AGCO Area Sales Manager Tony Cullingworth, who provided a wealth of in-depth expertise on a wide range of machinery topics.
Overall, the day was a huge success (even running well past its scheduled finishing time!), and KC Equipment looks forward to hosting similar events for our local farmers in the future.
